There are many methods that curly girls use for keeping their hair moisturized but the LOC
method is my favorite. This method has allowed me to use only three products and get my hair detangled, moisturized, and defined. LOC stands for Leave-in conditioner, Oil, and Curling cream. Right after I get out of the shower and my hair is soaking wet is when I apply this method.
L : Leave-in Conditioner
Applying a leave-in conditioner to your hair after washing it will allow the moisture back in to your hair after being stripped with shampoo. I will sometimes leave in the conditioner that I used in the shower, or apply a new layer of conditioner that is meant to be left in, which is healthier for your hair. Some of my favorite leave-in conditioners are below:

O: Oil
Use an essential oil to seal in the moisture that you set with your conditioner. Applying oil to your scalp will prevent itchiness and applying oil to your ends will help to prevent split ends and breakage. My favorite oil is almond oil since it prevents split ends and is light in my hair. I also like jojoba oil which is the closest essential oil to the natural oil that your scalp produces. Tea tree oil is another great one to use on your scalp if you are experiencing a dry and itchy scalp but can be too drying for the ends of your hair. I will usually use tea tree oil on my scalp when I have box braids. Some of my favorite oils and brands are below:

C: Curling Cream
Applying a curling cream last will ensure that your curls are defined and have extra moisture. Also, applying it after the oil will ensure that your hair does not look oily. After using a curly cream you can also use a gel to further define your curls. Here are some of my favorite creams and gels below:
